Payout table help!

First of all, let me introduce me. I'm a Catalan boy -Catalonia is a little coutry between Spain and France, capital: Barcelona-. I'm a black jack player -basic strategy- and craps player -Vegas and London, DP with odds-.

Last weekend I went to Gran Casino Costa Brava and i saw a Video Poker machine and i wondered about the payout table. Is it a good game to play? Can I play with the JoB strategy?

If two pay only pays 10 coins for 10 coins bet, don't bother. It would only pay 87.03% back.

I saw similar machines outside US. Basically it is JoB but with 2-pair pay only 1.
It is definitely much worse than most slot machines.
