I have the option of consistently playing two video poker QQ games, but not sure which offers the better value.

Game #1: QUICK QUADS 9/6 DOUBLE DOUBLE BONUS 5¢, 10¢, 25¢ 99.65% 3/5/10-Play (I intend on playing quarters w/max bet); or
Game #2: $1, $2, $5 QUICK QUADS 8/5 BONUS POKER 99.55% 3/5-Play (I would play dollars triple play w/max bet), plus 20% loss rebate offered to locals at the end of each month, you receive a rebate check for 20% of any net losses redeemable for cash.

I think Game #2 is better, but I don't really understand the loss rebate.

Definitely #2. It's +EV if you quit for the month at the right time. I would probably not have posted that publicly.

If you are considering playing at the Trop, read the details. The rebate doesn't cover video poker.
You can't know everything, but you can know anything.
