I am looking for the odds for triple play video poker with a progressive top prize for 4 aces w/ the joker. I believe its a 2 pair or better game.

What "odds" are you looking for? The return of the game? We would need the whole paytable for that. The odds of getting 4 Aces and a joker in any hand? The odds of 4 Aces and a Joker being dealt to you? That one is a lot easier to calculate: 1/C(53,5) = 1 in every 2,869,685 rounds of play on average.
