This weekend, I dragged the family to the spot where Charles Fey had his workshop and in 1898 developed the iconic 3-reel Liberty Bell slot machine.
This California landmark website has a clear photo of the plaque and a more interesting angle.
Unfortunately, the Reno restaurant mentioned in the webpage is long gone. You can see the former restaurant, including the Liberty Bell slot machine in action at the 0:45 mark, in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2-8XZE649o
