Disgusting?
Yeah. Even that Icelandic fermented sharkflesh was a stretch and I simply posted the info that sharks do not urinate letting readers realize what happens.
I think I'd bypass any toe drinking... I think I'd by pass even the worm at the bottom of the tequila bottle.

It was pretty nasty but I'm glad that I did it. If and when I go back to Dawson I sure as hell won't be doing it again. I met people who have done it a bunch of times and that sure won't be me.

I've been in Seattle the last couple of days eating, gambling and doing touristy things. I've been slacking (not a lot of extra time) on my daily reports but I'm keeping notes so that I can post the updates when I get some free time, I'm heading east in the morning. I forgot how much I loved Seattle last time that I was here, such a great city.

I am one pf those people who has been having trouble visiting the WOV site, but I have just found this thread and I have read every post. I LOVE this trip report. Please keep posting - I will be reading.

My favorite poker hand was the one where you made a heart flush with a 7h in your hand -only to go to showdown against two opponents who then revealed they had also made heart flushes -but both with a heart lower than your 7! Given that the 6h and 2h were both on the board - that was a very unlikely out-come! LOL, poker can break your heart, but it can thrill you as well!
So many better men, a few of them friends, were dead. And a thousand thousand slimy things lived on, and so did I.

I'm glad you are enjoying it. I'm really far behind because I've been so busy and then last night I was at the hotel just before 7 pm and the wifi was so bad that I couldn't post at all. I am hoping to update the last week tonight as I will be stopping in Spokane and I am currently only about 55 miles away. I am just having a coffee and waiting for the casino to open at noon.

As far as the flush over flush over flush I had A high hearts I will have to go back and look if I wrote 7 high flush by accident. I had nut hearts and the other two had the second and third but flush.

Ok so I read back and I did right that I had A7 of diamonds (not hearts apparently lol).

On Friday we drove 522 miles to Prince George, BC. It was a pretty uneventful drive and the scenery wasn't quite as nice as in precious days. We listened to the Red Sox game on the radio and they were down 5-2 going to the 9th when we got to the casino. We got sat at a poker table and I pulled up the game on my phone. To my amazement the sox proceeded to put up 3 runs in the ninth and then they scored in the top of the 14th inning to take the lead. Sadly the Rays CF blasted Workman's third pitch over the fence to tie it up again. Then in the top of the 15th the sox batted around for 7 runs and held on to win. I was insanely excited of course.

The poker game was pretty good although I got laughed at when I asked to be put on a list for a 2/5 game. I ran pretty terrible in the game and still only lost $140. I got it in pre against 3 different short stacks over the night with AK and lost to pocket 3's, 6's and 7's, never making a pair. I also lost AA<88 all in pre for a decent amount, I'm not sure why the guy was trying to punt his money lol. I also lost AA in a 3bet pot to 1010 on a 10 high board. Oh well, that seems to be my motto on this trip lol. Run terrible and then laugh about it, what else can you do?

Oh I forgot, I'm not sure from what but I broke out in hives early in the day. They weren't itchy but there were a lot of them. My sister the doctor told me I should find some Benadryl. The gas stations all either had nothing or reactine so I took reactine. It's mostly cleared up as of today but I still don't know what I was reacting to. Maybe ZK's spider came and found me all the way from Vegas.

Well I'm going to drive the 20 minutes to the casino and I will post more updates later on today.

At least "if" you have to run bad it's been at the lower limits, and you've managed to keep your losses low-ish? $140 for taking several beats, including the 4-1 pair pair fav with the aces doesn't seem too bad, even at a 1/2 game =). Keep on grinding, PokerGrinder =p. I know it doesn't affect you much, but we're rooting for you to do well along with enjoying the great trip!

Here comes the sun, PG. I'm feeling it. You're going to run insanely good tonight.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
