Today I am going to try a mathematical analysis of the side bets of the game BBQ Baccarat, made by Casino Gaming Development. The Wizard did a video about this game if you want to learn more about it.

The side bets are the following:
Any BBQ (any 7 over 6) [20:1]
Small Banker BBQ (2-card Banker 7 over Player 6) [60:1]
Small Player BBQ (2-card Player 7 over Banker 6) [60:1]
Big Banker BBQ (3-card Banker 7 over Player 6) [125:1]
Big Player BBQ (3-card Player 7 over Banker 6) [150:1]

For the analysis I will assume 8 decks

Small Banker BBQ: ((44856843337728 + 22683042705408) / (4998398275503360)) * 61 = 82.4251% RTP
Small Player BBQ: ((44856843337728 + 22683042705408) / (4998398275503360)) * 61 = 82.4251% RTP
Big Banker BBQ: ((22593907077120 + 10750080249856) / (4998398275503360)) * 126 = 84.0538% RTP
Big Player BBQ: ((13800450416640 + 13569671933952) / (4998398275503360)) * 151 = 82.6843% RTP

Any BBQ: (((44856843337728 + 22683042705408) + (44856843337728 + 22683042705408) + (22593907077120 + 10750080249856) + (13800450416640 + 13569671933952)) / (4998398275503360))) * 21 = 82.2598% RTP

So it appears that the "best" bet is Big Banker BBQ. Still, I would rather just play Banker in this game and enjoy the 99.22% RTP ;)
