I'm making my first post-COVID trip to Vegas at the end of the month. I understand that Face-Up Pai Gow Poker has largely replaced Face-Down.
Is anyone aware of any Face-Down games that are still available? I'm open to playing anywhere in the Las Vegas valley.
Thanks, and I'll be happy to report back what I find.

Face-down must be available everywhere. Face-up are rarities. Do you do player banking a lot?

In what alternate universe is face-down Pai Gow available everywhere?
I have never seen it and I have been to maybe 40 casinos with the main purpose of scoping out what games they have.

Maybe I received wrong info, but friends who have been to Vegas recently have told me that they're only seeing the Face-Up version (at least on the Strip).
Edited for typo.

As far as I can tell, traditional pai gow cards no longer exists in Vegas, anywhere.
The Chinese tell me they don't like the face-up version, and I think that's the whole point.

Last time I was at Arizona Charlies on Decatur they had Face Down Pai gow with banking permitted, but it has been awhile so I would check with them first.

I haven't specifically looked, but it seems like at least five years since I've seen face-down pai gow poker.
By the way, please don't call the game with cards just "pai gow." It is pai gow poker. Pai gow is played with tiles.
