Man that second Pfizer shot is no joke at the moment my brain is telling me I wish you would have just skipped the second shot. Woke up in the middle of the night with uncontrollable shaking\shivers, very sore/achy, moderate fever. Shakes gone but I havenít moved in hours.
Donít get sick often but tough to remember last time Iíve felt this poorly mild side effects my ass.

I had a sore shoulder after my 2nd Pfizer shot. No other side effects.

Made me wonder if maybe at some point I had COVID and didnít even know it? I did fly to Vegas like 10 times in the last year so itís definitely possible I was exposed to it....

I didn't have any of those side effects, either -- just a little more tired than usual at the end of the day, and a sore arm as well. Mrs. Joeman experienced many of those symptoms, but milder than you had described, Mcallister. She was better the next day.

I wondered that, too. About 2 days after returning from a Bahamas cruise in December 2019, I picked up a nasty cough. I had a fever for about a day, then started feeling better. However, I continued to have the cough for about a month.

MS gaming has lifted all COVID restrictions including masks, 5 PM April 30. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

Due to the worsening surge in Oregon (our fourth surge to date) the governor has tightened things up again: for example, no sit down dining,

Las Vegas, are you listening?

Unfortunately, all of the Tunica casinos seem to be following CDC guidelines and not the MS Gaming Commission, as they all still have half slots off, mask requirements. They are at least allowing full tables now, so thats a start.

This trip so far 50/50. Hollywood Bay St Louis, masks optional. IP casino (Boyd) in Biloxi, masks mandatory. Assholes.

Hopefully May the fourth will be with me.

From what I've read people who have had COVID have a strong reaction to the first shot, since they already have the anti-bodies. My guess is that you haven't had it yet.

Good to know. I didnít have a strong reaction to either shot.

Will be heading to Vegas this weekend for my first fully-vaccinated trip. Yippee.

I hope you are right. Regardless of whatever happens, IMHO this is the big test: unrestricted gaming. If Mississippi (and Nevada to the degree it does the same) avoids serious pandemic problems by opening up like this, then we're home free.

Currently, Mississippi and Nevada each have positivity levels above 5 percent, indicating c-virus remains out of control in those states. In fairness, each state is only a small amount over the 5 percent, and it has been trending downward. Stay tuned. Everyone has a front-row seat as unrestricted gaming in Mississippi goes live.

Unfortunately Lucky, the evil axis of three, Boyd, MGM and Harrahís are continuing the insanity of masks. The independents I visited, Palace, Hard Rock, Scarlet Pearl, Boomtown and Hollywood all are masks optional. Literally, a breath of fresh air. Almost forgot, The Beau still had plexiglass. Kinda reminds you of the chapter in ďExhibit CAAĒ, something about The Beau being the dumbest bunch of MFíers around. Something like that.
