To paraphrase, he says it happens, but not often. He also says that it's far less likely in a heads-up tournament. Note the phrasing. This was a heads-up tourney. Not a hand where everyone else folded, or a tourney where everyone else busted out.
He also says that it's far more realistic than the hand in Casino Royale - which he discussed earlier in the video. And THAT was the point of his 'realism' comments.
