Baccarat - no commission

I found a Baccarat game with no commission. The catch is, if the banker wins with a dragon (3 card total of 7) the banker bet pushes. They also allow you to bet on the Panda or Dragon with or without making a banker, player or tie bet. If I use the Wizard's count systems for the dragon and panda bet, should I just make those bets when the respective counts call for it or would I actually have an edge betting Banker every time and also making the panda or dragon bet when appropriate? Banker pays 1:1 with no commission.
