Would there ever be a theoretical point in Baccarat that would make the Tie bet a good bet? I'm mostly thinking if the remaining shoe was inordinately rich in 10s and Face cards. Is it possible to calculate a hypothetical ratio that would make the tie bet have a positive EV? And if so, would it make counting cards ever worth the time?

Yes, yes, and not worth it 99/100 times.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

If you could count for Ties, why not count for Tie Max. Low Tie Max at Boyd properties pays 55 to 1.
