I noticed on the Hooters website that they offer EZ pai gow at their casino. Is that a real game or did they mean EZ pai gow poker instead?
Where else can I play EZ pai gow poker in Vegas. I will be staying at the MGM Grand and Bellagio and will probably only be downtown for one night.

Golden Nugget downtown has their own version, no commission.
Played there several weeks ago.

When somebody doesn't believe me, I could care less. Some get totally bent out of shape when not believed. Weird. I believe very little on all forums

Hooters is EZ Pai Gow where queen high dealer PG pushes everyone and there is no commission. You cannot bank this game.

PaiGowDan's game is called, and marketed as, "EZ Pai Gow". It is the dealer queen-high push version of Pai Gow Poker.
Unless I'm mistaken, there is no EZ version of Pai Gow tiles. Or if there is, it's not called "EZ".

Great to hear that it is the card game and not the tile game at Hooters. I look forward to trying my luck. Pai Gow poker is one of my favourite games to play in Vegas especially as we don't have this in the UK. I am also intrigued to see what playing at Hooters will be like.
I would love to learn how to play tiles but I just can't seem to get my head around it.

I did a survey of the games there just last week. Surprisingly, I saw zero Hooters girls dealing. I was in there at about 2am so maybe they are in there earlier in the evening. It was basically just a regular casino. Pai Gow was $10 min.
Hooters also had a $10 3-2 single deck blackjack game but it was D1011 only.

In any other city, the girls that would qualify as Hooters girls would be working at Hooters. In Vegas, such girls are working at the party pits and better casinos.

Even though it's regular Fortune Pai Gow Poker, I would highly recommend the Mirage at (usually) $10 tables. They made a decision about a year ago to make their tables affordable, rather than $25 or whatever, but they treat you very well, and the pit crew on all shifts is very pleasant and courteous. I think they have at least 4 of them; they're behind the hi-limit slot room from the Atrium as you enter the casino.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
