After 5 weeks...some ATS trends that may be of note:
ATS, the "Underdog" is 47-29-0 (61.84%)
The "away dog" is 28-18 (60.87%)
The "home dog" is 19-11 (63.33%)
As far as individual teams are concerned...
Detroit Lions are 4-1 ATS
NYJets 4-1
Steelers 3-1
Saints are 0-5 ATS
Buffalo 1-4
Carolina 1-4
Totals (over):
New England is 4-0 over
Arizona 4-1
NYJets 4-1
Raiders 4-1
Chargers 4-1
Carolina 1-4 over
Chicago 1-4
Packers 1-4

Looks like some lopsided games this week. Curious line on the Colts/Redskins. Seems the Colts offense is getting no love against one of the worst defenses in the league.
Indy -3, -115, 2.3 units (MGM)
Raiders should surprise a few this week. They always get up for a 49er game, they should keep it close, and maybe even win it.
Oakland +6.5, -110, 1 unit (MGM)
I like Houston to cover 4.5 against KC, but not enough to risk anything on it. The Chiefs are really scary this year.

New England will need to lean on the short yardage game a lot versus the Ravens, and I'm thinking they'll not be able to match them in scoring.
Baltimore +2.5 -110, 2 Units (MGM)
The Cowboys and Vikings are equally underperforming this year. The Cowboys seem to be getting the scoring thing done, but failing the not give out needless penalties. The Vikings can't hold onto the ball long enough to let their best asset (AP) win the game. This is a pick game for me, so I'll take the 1.5 points and hope.

And finally, two more lousy teams, one of which is winning games and the other finding ways to get both the coach and the QB fired.
