Somebody wrote an article on Bleacher Report about how people are claiming that "the problem with women's college basketball" is the lack of parity. One of the comments said that it would be more popular if you could bet on it.

I am never in Vegas during college basketball season (early November through early April), so I am wondering; how easy is it to bet on women's college basketball in Vegas, both in the regular season and during the tournament (and not just futures bets on who is going to win the tournament)?

For that matter, how easy is it to bet on men's college basketball before the conference tournaments? How many games have lines in a typical weekend?

For your second question, there are lots of college games to bet on. I think there is a line on almost every D1 game.
The difference between fiction and reality is that fiction is supposed to make sense.

it is easy. Many books do not have women's ncaab to bet on. And I have never seen an in-game betting either like with some of the men's ncaab games.

very easy for men's ncaab. many games do not have lines but enough to keep my hubby happy!

It's a big disappointment they dont allow betting

Who doesn’t allow betting? Terps are -13.5 tonight.

I remember asking William Hill a few years ago if there was a line

Sadly, there is just so little demand for it. It is definitely allowed in Nevada.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Maybe little demand in Vegas
but
How about a Womens basketball hotbed such as Conn
Maybe a casino there could do well

I refuse to bet on women's college basketball. I'm afraid if I had action, I would be tempted to watch the game and cannot withstand such torture. The product is inferior to the men's game.

No doubt its not as athletic
but
You see some beautiful basketball
To me beautiful basketball is passing the ball a lot for the best possible shot
You see a lot of ugly on the mens side
8 players standing around watching a one on one matchup
If that doesnt work, they make a pass and we now get to see a different one on one matchup again with 8 players standing around just being fans

There is betting available in Nevada for the WNBA. If you want to bet on Womens basketball that is a much better game.

I agree. I didn't start playing basketball until college, and to learn what to do when I didn't have the ball, I watched the women's basketball games.

I dont follow WNBA
I just follow Maryland Woman
After the girls graduate, I no longer have any interest
Very interested in the incoming Freshman class though
