Are there any sportsbooks that take bets around the clock. I will be in LV during the EuroCup which will have some strange starting times here in US.

I googled and found Orleans. Does anyone know of others?

To my knowledge, Orleans doesn't stay open 24 hours. Maybe someone can confirm one way or another. CG Technology app used to allow betting overnight, not sure where that stands at the moment.

I can confirm that South Point stays open 24 hours (minus one hour overnight) and is your best bet.
