I use an unlocked "clean OS" direct from Google version of the Samsung S4, running on the most recent version of the Android 5.0 operating system, currently with AT&T as my no-contract cell carrier. I have the William Hill app working just fine for me on both the cell networks and also on wifi. I'm not familiar with that error code. Is it when you're trying to load the app, or after loading when you try to place a wager? I know that in some border areas like Laughlin it will load fine but won't accept wagers there because when it triangulates position it gets some cell signals off of towers that are not all physically within Nevada. But the app will still load and run just fine when I'm there, so long as I don't try to wager on it. On loading, I know it requires an up to date version of an app called "Adobe Air" running in the background in order to load, in case that's relevant to what you're getting.
Suck dope, watch TV, make up stuff, be somebody on the internet.
