Congrats JohnnyQ and all Ohio State fans as well as those who were fans tonight via the wager.
I myself did not wager. I was leaning towards Oregon, but I don't care for laying points. I also thought the Ohio State QB, mister third string, was too much of an unknown wildcard. All he did was crush 3 very strong teams in Wisconsin, Alabama and now Oregon. Amazing.
What was even more amazing to me was a team that committed 4 turnovers to their opponents 0, and winning by 20 points. You just don't see that very often, let alone in a championship game.

I made that mistake too. Actually Oregon did have one turnover on the last play of the game.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Yeah, for betting purposes I suppose that Ducks turnover was significant, but for the game itself, I thought it was totally meaningless.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
