I guess these “play the bonus right away” has been around online for quite some time, but I just noticed them in the local casino. So I tried the minimum, $50 bet. Lost $18. Played 2 $100 bets. One payed $101.50, Next one payed $132. So ahead, overall. Hah ha,

Curious if these are likely to pay better than average or the same as the machine. Looked online and saw no one was winning really big, for the one’s i looked at.

What info does anyone know about these kind of bets? I assume same losing options overall. I did see a guy called “Vegas Matt” played some big ones. Betting $15,000 all at one time.

Oh yeah, one other thing. On the second $100 bonus play, I won two "minor" bonus symbols, but it paid a flat rate and not the progressive, whereas if I had been playing regular spins when the bonus occurred, I would have picked up the progressive win (*II think). I'm not sure about that. Not anywhere near the casino in question though it's still local compared to major gambling hubs like Vegas.

There was a machine at the old Hard Rock that I had done very well on bonuses, so I tried the Instant Bonus Route. I think it cost $77 a try, and after ten tries, I was down almost $150. I'd have spent $1000 on the experiment, but aborted it early. Not only was itn't working, but it was boring.

I don't "know" anything, but what I've seen tends to suggest that the average return for a "buy a bonus" is about the price of the bonus less the usual house edge.
May the cards fall in your favor.

those bonus-buy bets don’t really pay better, they use the same rtp as the regular game, just way higher volatility. fun if you’re okay with big swings, but no extra advantage. the huge buys you see online are mostly for show.
