Above the BET $250.00, there is a message to the player, "Probability has changed". This happened when the player was switching their bets back and fourth from one denomination to another.

Nevada Gaming Regulation 14.040(2), second sentence:
"In the event the game or rules of play for the game, including probability and award of a game outcome, change between games during a gaming session, notice of the change must be prominently displayed to the player."

Do you know if that is relatively new? I don't remember adding that message to the games that I created. I do remember having to put a disclaimer up if the probability changed when using a different reel set for bonuses.

I have some back copies of the regulations; this is not in the 2007 one that I have, but it is in one from early 2019.

It sounds like the “Probability has changed” message shows up when the player switches between bet denominations. This usually means the game recalculates payouts or volatility based on the new bet amount. Some slot systems adjust odds depending on the bet level, so the message is just letting players know the math may be slightly different.

Last time I played a slot when I got free games it said bonus reels in play
Never seen the other message but I don't change denomination either

What I find interesting in a bad way is that Games with the bowl feature such as 88 Fortunes DON'T change the Jackpots with higher bets. 😐
