Did I Win? Slot Machine Issue - Need Advice

Hello everyone,
I played a slot machine yesterday at a casino and I'm a bit confused.
The game I played was "Golden Empire," and based on the symbols that appeared,
it seems like I should have won a significant amount.
Specifically, I had four matching symbols in a row, which, according to the paytable, should result in a win.However, the machine did not show any indication that I won, and when I asked the casino staff about it, they told me there was no issue, but I didn't receive any further explanation.
I've attached a picture of the game screen showing the symbols and my bet amount. Could anyone here help me understand if I should have won, and if so, what steps I should take next? Your advice would be greatly appreciated before I approach the hotel management about this issue.Thank you

I can't see the picture, but were you playing every line?

I played some Cleopatra at a penny per spin to demonstrate billyran's point.



The Cleopatra symbol is wild, so there are four 10s in a row on the top line. I won nothing because I am only playing the single center line as a pay line. Here are the twenty pay lines you get if you pay for all of them.

How much was the Bet and what were the Denoms? If it was a penny machine, how many lines did you play?

Often times people play 1 credit on 1 line and don't realize how the payouts work.

There was an infamous video a long time ago on Youtube called "How to Play Lucky Sevens" where two urban youths were playing $1 spins on a $1 slot machine. Problem is the payouts for Sevens only trigger on a 2 or 3 credit wager.

They sat there for minutes staring at it like idiots until the Man said "Ohhhh you gotta bet something more than 1???"

And the female goes "Ohhhh well..."

The man says "Renee got Lucky Sevens and We Got Nuthin!?!"

The comments also roasted them and said because they were "Cheap SH!TS" they got what they deserved.

Not saying this is the case with you, but it may be a matter of not enough coin or lines played to trigger the payout I'm afraid!

What you can do for now is, post it to, for example, Imgur, then post the Imgur link here. I think that's how we all used to do it before the forum added a "insert my picture" option.

Pretty sad when playing $1 bets gets you INSULTED. 😱😳☢️😵‍💫😐🤨 When I started out playing slots, I was playing PENNIES. $1 would have been a REALLY high end bet for me when I was starting out. 💡
