If you know your on an advantage player watch list. What exactly happens when your on this list? Is there a surveilance security report written on you everyday? That seems very time consuming. Since I know at a certain casino, least 10 AP’s are on a watch list I heard. Let me know if anyone knows what really happens being on a AP watch list. Just curious.

We have a watch and do not allow to play BJ list. A dozen or so for watch, many more for not playing.

I can't speak for everywhere but suspect it's probably similar.

If you really are persona non grata they have your pic posted on the wall in surveillance.

But for the most part they have you in a book (might be all digital these days) and approximately every three months surveillance workers will skim through the pages, redigesting the pics in general.

And if they see someone that stokes a recent memory from what they perused then they got lucky.

Supposedly facial recognition is used in casinos but I have gone for as much as 3 months in places where they have it. It's junk imo.

As for surveillance reviewing the pics every three months I got that info from an actual surveillance guy who my AP partner had known for years so I consider that pretty reliable

In my experience, from the casino side of things, and from talking to coworkers who have more experience in other places than me, is that it can depend on the jurisdiction and even the casino.

I have seen known blackjack AP that are allowed to play slots and other table games but get instantly countermeasures (flat bet and/or short shoe) if they sit down at even a 6:5 table. In some places APs get verbally/formally trespassed, though that doesn't always work in the casino's favor (just ask DarkOz).

Can't speak for off-strip Casinos as I only went to Palms and Gold Coast during my Vegas trip this month.

But they don't do a Damn Thing about it on the strip casinos. Now keep in mind, Strip casinos have the worst BJ odds/payouts and supposedly slots are tighter too.

I've seen teams of AP Slot Vultures camp out around +EV slot opportunities and security is literally shaking their hand and chatting with them.

Even multi carding is pretty much looked the other way on as they probably have to have a live victim now to do anything!

Oops I meant are there casinos on Vegas strip that are cracking down on AP or you should be careful of? I’ve actually heard Cosmo is on alert. Not sure about other casinos.

It's strange that everything is so democratic in Las Vegas, it's a real gold mine for the AP.

All casinos in the CIS and Europe have electronic entry control. Plus, many places have face recognition systems. For the most part, if AP has not used cheating, he is prohibited from playing five-card games and blackjack, sometimes with individual conditions.

PA recently. Shooter sevens-out. Dice skip over the next player who had been betting hands though a few shooters. Before he could protest, the slot extends his arm like a traffic cop, palm facing the guy, and says "Sir, my supervisor says you may not shoot the dice." "What? Where's the supervisor?" Slot points to the PB. "There" "You may not shoot the dice". Guy mumbled something, picked up his chips and left.

There is no such thing as an 'AP' Craps player, and dice setting doesn't work. Wondering why they would allow him to bet but not shoot.

He probably has a history there of not hitting the backwall. Just a guess.

Dice sliding is a real thing and casinos will punish you for doing it.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Taking too long to shoot, hitting the dice on the table before shooting, scraping the dice together in his hand, not hitting back wall, throwing dice off table too many times, purposely knocking over chip stacks, refusing to place a pass/don't pass bet before shooting. I'm sure I've seen others. Just a short list.

So, you've seen me shoot.

Possibly, but that describes 80% of the shooters in the place.
