Do casinos sometimes lower the RTP across games on multiplier days? They likely assume much more play will come on those days(amongst regulars, because Borgata for example doesn’t do slot dollar or drawing multipliers on Friday or Saturday) so they’ll lower the RTP? I feel like it makes sense that they would. So maybe stick with VP on those days? Just a theory

generally, no they do not. as an example, you won't see the VP paytables change on those days.

Very unlikely. Paperwork alone not worth it not to mention most gaming boards would not like the idea.
