i think this is a rhetorical question but can casinos mix VGTs with slot machines...
In pennsylavania we have laws for both VGTs which are normally "supposed" to be located only in bars and truck stops. The VGTs around here are "random" but still work with "pools" of prizes. Im pretty sure it works like "is this a winner" ... "generate a result that shows a winner" and vice versa for losers. Im also pretty sure it can be done randomly to pick the winner and loser tickets.
My question is, can casinos also have VGTs mixed in with fully random slot machines? I dont see a law that says they cant is what im alluding to...

While Class II "bingo slots" aren't exactly VGT's, I do know of at least one tribal property that has both Class II and Class III ("Nevada style") gaming machines comingled on the same gaming floor.
There are no particular indicators that some machines are Class II, and others are Class III. ("You've just got to know," which much of their clientele does not.)
I have seen another property that had a Class II mavhine area next to the Bingo Hall (18+ to play), and the rest of the property was Class III (21+). (This property has since remodeled and removed the Class II machines.)
I would be very surprised to see Banilla machines in a proper casino.

Class II and class III are commonly both present at Native casinos. I don't recall seeing casinos with VGT and Class III. Generaly tey only have VGT's if they are not allowed Class III.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Are VGT & VLT interchangeable? I assume so, I believe here in WA. in the gaming laws reference is always VLT.
All machines here are VLT.
I use to Dump made hands on The fake VP people would freak out but the little fairy would always bring that
extra card and make it right or better.

If Washington state has fake "scratch ticket" machines with pre-determined outcomes, does this mean the progressive jackpots are fake too?

Possibly, but not necessarily.
One of the tickets could be an "award $100 + current progressive B".

Wish I could help but I don't know how it all shakes out. WA. is really goofy when it comes to
gambling, it's a felony to gamble on the internet here although there has never been a prosecution.
The only place machines are allowed is in Trible casino's and only VLT. I have watched people
and watched the meters run up just as you would expect.
