I’ve definitely witnessed casino personnel roaming the floor cashing out abandoned tickets left in machines at some casinos.

It’s the holiday season, Santa should be nice if you’ve been good. Yeah?

I am curious to hear more about what you saw.

(Location details sanitized, please.)

Penalties at our properties are extremely tough for something of this nature.

The floor personnel do pick up the tickets and they insert them in a clear box on a wall or the counter, near the cashier‘s cage or the customer service counter, that’s marked clearly, “tips for employees”.
