Of course they are! As much as you have heard that the machines deceive or are manipulated, the most modern slot machines are equipped with an RTP system, which is a microchip that decides from performing thousands of mathematical algorithms, to give the final result of figures that will appear on your reels during your games.

Except for the deadly radiation, I think they are safe.

Probably a good way for spreading a virus. Those little Ol ladies are just covered in germs.

As in physical saftey? I don't know the tip over risk. But, I imagine they are safer than vending machines (due to generally being smaller and less vertical).
As for mentally safe, they cause far more addiction than any other form of gambling (and generally consume far more money), by far the most mentally unsafe form of casino gambling for those with poor self control.
I forget the stat, but I beleive slot machines are the cause of more suicides than any other form of gambling.
Slot machines are designed to be addictive and mentally rewarding, by minimizing perception of losses and glorifying even small wins, to trigger the proper pleasure centers of the brain.

Well, if you are dumb enough to compulsively gamble on slots I doubt you are the type who mind about paying other sorts of idiot taxes.

They can cause injuries to ml]knees, and then there's the ever-present threat of ml]RSI!
:DD Doubt this happens all the time. But yeah in the physical sense don't punch the machine, in the logical sense don't bet more than you're willing to lose. It's just a machine.

Don't sugar coat it, what do you really think of slot players!
I never start a bad habit until I investigate it. Slots are a horrible bet, yet people love them. Anyone can do slots. Not only are they a horrible bet, I find them boring AF. If I visit a casino and the craps tables are busy, I MAY throw a $20 in. To me it's like buying a Powerball ticket. Hey you never no, but $20 is it. I did it at a casino in PA in Feb. and won $1200! That win may have paid for all the other $20 put in last years!!
They are not safe for people that can't afford to lose lots of money.

Whether you will win also depends on the type of casinos and their authority. Because on the internet is lots of "magic" casinos which promise you incredible wins. Its all fake, they just want to steal your money. It is important that the casinos are credible and their machines operate on the principle of RNG - Random Number Generator. This means that each round is unique and you have the same chance to win or lose in all rounds. Otherwise, there are casinos that have a built-in algorithm so you can't win anyway.

Modern slots are 100% designed for addiction. You'll have your own view on whether addiction is safe or unsafe.

I fully agree with your opinion, you're right. I just wanted to say that, if someone really want to play slots, he/she should find a licenced casino and play a games there. But you're right that slots are designed for addiction and you'll never win a "big money". I'll read your article later, it looks good.

I guess they make a little harm for health as any technology makes. But I don't think it harms a lot, I guess cell phones or old PC's makes much more harm to us than slot machines.Due to covid all of us forced to play online and it's a bit a problem to find a safe place to play especially for people like who like poker, slots and bets. I was shocked after a lockdown as I was forced to find 3 rooms to play my favourite games fortunately I found [spam link redacted] where I can play slots, poker and bets. But honestly I miss outside slots so much. I pray to the God this shit is happening to world will stop one day and we will be able to come back into our everyday life. Be safe guys!
