It's known that various casinos are hihger RTP than others, but slots that are by all looks identical, like "The Simpsons", are they the same RTP regardless of casino?

No, just about every game manufacturer offers multiple RTP's for each theme that the casino can choose.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
