I'm a hobbyist AP, and have recently started trying to figure out +EV points for progressive slot machines. However, the time and cost associated with deconstructing these machines is proving prohibitive. Plus, I know my numbers will never be exactly right (and that's quite the aggravation for my OCD). So, I got the idea to see if anyone would be interested in selling me copies of par sheets for various machines with progressives, or just the relevant information from them. (Of utmost interest are the jackpot cycles, but meter rates, seed values, and potential payback % settings are also of interest.)
I realize there is a reason that these things aren't in the public domain, and so understandably, people may be hesitant to part with this information. I figure my potential sources of information either work in the industry, and wouldn't want their jobs put into jeopardy from making some cash on the side, or they're existing APs that don't want extra competition from another slot AP. I can promise that I will never disclose any information given to me, and if you're an AP, unless you operate in South Dakota, competition won't be an issue either (I'd also agree not play any potential places you may play, so I don't accidentally compete with you on my sporadic travels).
Of course, how can you trust me to uphold my word? Well, I'd be happy to sign an NDA if you'd like. Also, I very highly value my reputation as trustworthy in the gambling industry. I'm substantially lower-profile than I used to be, but those involved in the online poker scene from 2003-2006 likely know of the website I founded, . While not exactly a watchdog site, it was one of the only affiliate websites that was honest. If a site's support was terrible, we said so in no uncertain terms, our own revenues be damned. If a site was doing unsavory things to players, they'd end up on the blacklist, our own revenues be damned. If players had an issue with a site, I'd use our clout with them to get a resolution. I also have an online posting history at 2+2 from 2002 on that shows a rather similar philosophy. Even if you aren't familiar with that era of online poker, if you're reading this, you likely know someone who was. I definitely encourage you to ask around. :) I'd also be willing to meet face-to-face for the right offer. I will also provide any other reasonable assurances.
So, if you have some helpful information, and would be interested in making some low-effort money, please hit me up. Either via PM here, or I can be reached by email at jason dot rcsd at Google's email service.

I think you may have more luck if you post for help on a specific game title. If someone has access to that they might just share some relevant information with you.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

You could be right, but I have quite the list of slots I'm looking to figure out. I'm hoping for someone that has/had a login to one (or more) of the major manufacturers' sites, to knock out chunks of it at once. That being said, if I have to go at it one at a time, then that's what I'll do. Hopefully not though.

I have several slot deconstructions, where are like par sheets in plain English over at WoO. The Lucky Larry's Lobstermania is based off of the Journal of Gambling Issues one linked in the post above.

Thanks for the links guys. Unfortunately, I have already Googled the living hell out of this subject, so would be surprised to find anything I need just right out in public. Again though, thanks for the links, I appreciate the attempts to help. :)
