I received some free plays in the mail today, but the postal service mangled it. Some of the free plays were ripped in half, others were completely mangled.

Has anyone experienced something like this? If I bring it to the casino, will they replace the free plays?

As long as the dates and some part of the barcode are in tact, then chances are they will replace it for you. Explain the situation, and unless they are a jerk company, they'll be happy to get you new ones.

If the date appears to be separated though, don't expect to get it. They might think you are trying to scam them.
