Baduci is now an established poker game and you can win a WSOP bracelet during their 6 weeks of Vegas tournaments.

I didn't know that, but did think that Baduci is too strategic to be filed as a "silly poker game."
It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet.

For people who want to try their hand at other types of PA Skill games, there are many other options available in the market. Firstly, you can opt for instant games which is also referred to as scratch-off tickets. Second option is to go for lotto drawings. The lottery holds its own drawings and partakes in multi-state pools too.

As for horse racing, seven tracks are licensed for offering live races. Each of them comes with a race-book. Horse racing tracks may associate with online betting apps to go for remote wagering.

The lottery is great if you enjoy sub-50% return-to-Player (drawing games) or instant (scratchers) that can return as much as 70% if you buy a high denomination one.

IOW, the lottery sucks and is basically the worst returning form of gambling anywhere, exception to extreme outlier games.

I plan on making at least one video on silly poker games. Here are some ideas so far:

  1. Indian Poker -- In this game every player gets a single card, which he may NOT look at but must put it on his forehead for everyone else to see.

    g]
  2. Screw Your Neighbor -- This is another one-card game, where, in turn, players may keep his own card or switch his neighbor.
  3. Guts -- The number of cards is variable, but generally 2 or 3. Everybody makes an ante. Then, either in turn or at the same time, everybody must declare "in" or "out." Pot goes to the highest hand going "in." Anyone going in who loses must match the pot. Rumor has it AxelWolf loves this game.
  4. In Between/Acey-Deucey/Between the Sheets -- After every player make an ante bet, two cards are dealt face up and one face down. Player must bet whether the face down card will be between the two face up cards. There is some kind of minimum bet and the maximum bet is the pot. Players go around the table until somebody bets the pot and wins. I did very well with this game in college
  5. Roll Your Own/Mexican Stud --
    1. Two cards are dealt face down to each player, and they each choose one card to flip, either simultaneously or in turn as above. There is a betting round.
    2. Players are dealt another card face down and reveal one of their two face down cards. There is another betting round.
    3. This is repeated until everyone has four cards face up and one face down and there is a final round of betting and a showdown.
  6. Baduci -- This one was suggested to me by Angela, but I haven't played it in decades. Click the link for the Wikipedia entry
  7. Chinese Poker -- This is another one suggested by Angela that may also be too involved and strategic.

I am open to all other suggestions.

The question for the poll is which is your favorite silly poker game? Multiple votes allowed.

I also offer Blind Hold’em and Blind Omaha. Here are the rules for these games from the Internet, I recommend trying to play with your friends, it will be fun.
Blind Hold’em
The most basic gambling game that utilizes poker hand rankings.
1. Give everyone two cards face down and then deal out a five card board.
2. Reveal hands.
3. The best poker hand takes it.
The most interesting part is deciding when players have to reveal their hands. Doing it after the flop actually leads to a bit of a sweat.

One fun way to do it is reveal one card on the flop and the next on the turn. It’s really up to you.

It’s fun but a little repetitive.
Blind Omaha
This is more like it. Blind Omaha is pretty much the same as blind Hold’em but because there are four cards involved it provides a much bigger sweat. Remember when you reveal a card you’re also seeing it for the first time!

Here’s how the game works:

1. The rules are standard Omaha meaning you must use two of your four cards.
2. Everyone is dealt four cards face down. You don't look at them in this game.
3. The flop is dealt.
4. Each player reveals two of their cards.
5. The turn.
6. Each player reveals one more card.
7. The river.
8. Each player reveals their final card.
9. The best Omaha hand wins.

Carribean Stud Poker: bad odds, pay odds are terrible for the 3-unit bet. And oh yeah that Full House pays 1 if the Dealer Donks. It cudda been fixed, but NOOOOOOOO...

As far as real Poker... 5-card Stud. Surprised not on the list.
some people need to reimagine their thinking

Weird we play a different version of Screw Your Neighbor but 2 full decks of playing cards(usually red/blue so we can separate easier at the end of the night) and 4 joker cards. It's played like Uno but a more adult version with a point scoring system. First person to 500 loses the game and person with the least amount of tricks/points wins.

5-card Stud sucks as a game. I mean, its in the Hall of Fame, Suck Division. Booooorrring.
So many better men, a few of them friends, are dead. And a thousand thousand slimy things live on, and so do I.
