What hole cards are the "50th percentile" pre-flop power hand in Texas Hold 'Em? In other words, what two cards should expect to have half of all other starting hands stronger, and half weaker before the flop?

Lore holds that it is Q-7 offsuit, the computer hand.
This article says that Q-7 off actually wins 51.76% of the time against random carts.
