I just came across the game Alien Attack Keno at VideoPoker.com. Sorry, a Gold membership is required for that one. The rules are rather involved, so bear with me.
Notes:
* Unfortunately, I do not know much about the random prizes, except they can be 1, 2, 5, 10, or 20x the amount bet.
This clearly calls for an example, so I posted some play for you on YouTube. The Alien Attack bonus begins at the 4:00 point.

I will probably do an analysis of this game. For now, do you have any questions or corrections on the rules?
The question for the poll is would you play Alien Attack Keno?
- The base game is the same as conventional keno.
- The player may choose 2 to 10 spots for the base game.
- The player should choose two Bonus Spots from among the numbers he didn't already pick for the base game.
- The game will draw 20 random numbers, as in conventional keno.
- If less than two of the Bonus Spots are hit, then the game is scored as in conventional keno.
- If both Bonus Spots are hit, then the player will play the Pick-a-Prize Bonus.

In the Pick-a-Prize Bonus there is a grid of 19 icons, with the following distribution. Prizes are relative to the bet amount.
Prize Count 1x 11 2x 1 3x 1 5x 1 10x 1 15x 1 Alien Attack 3 Total 19 - If the player picks an Alien Attack, then he will play the Alien Attack bonus (a bonus within a bonus).
- In the Alien Attack bonus, the Bonus Spots the player should pick three numbers to mark with cows and three to mark with aliens. The player choose the numbers previously marked as Bonus Spots.
- The game shall pick 20 numbers, as in conventional keno.
- The player will always get paid on his base game picks in the Alien Attack bonus, as usual.
- If no cows or aliens are marked, then the free spin shall act like an initial spin.
- If the ball draw matches at least one alien and no cows, then the aliens will abduct one of the cows.
- If the ball draw matches at least one cow and no aliens, then the player will win a multiplier to be applied to the base game win. This multiplier is 2x for one cow hit, 3x for two cows hit, and 5x for three cows hit.
- If the ball draw matches at least one cow and one alien, then the player will win a number of random prizes* equal to the product of number of cows hit and aliens hit. In addition, if the player has one or two cows, then one of his missing cows shall be rescued.
- The game shall keep playing until the player has no cows left.

I believe I read that it is on the IGT G-series 8.2 chip. I would expect that to start showing up in bars in the next few months.
I agree that it looks like a good game and will probably be popular with Keno players. I would expect the hold percentages to be 8% to 12%.

Here is a blow by blow description of the bonus as shown in the OP:
Game 1 of 3 -- 04:22 -- 0 cows and 1 alien hit, thus a cow is abducted.
Game 2 of 3 -- 04:29 -- 2 cows and 1 alien hit. Because there is a mixture, players wins 2*1=2 prizes. These prizes are 8 and 8, which are both 1x the amount bet. He also gets the rescue of a cow because at least one of each was hit.
Game 3 of 5 -- 04:36 -- 2 cows and 0 aliens hit. Because only cows were hit, the player gets a 3x multiplier for two cows. However, he won zero in the base game, so the multiplier didn't help.
Game 5 of 7 -- 04:44 -- 1 cow and 0 aliens hit. Because only cows were hit, the player gets a 2x multiplier for one cow. However, he won zero in the base game, so the multiplier didn't help.

In the video, it appears that you have marked/picked nine spots -the nine spots in the upper left corner which are rewarded when you hit them. But the screen says "Pick 8." Why?
So many better men, a few of them friends, are dead. And a thousand thousand slimy things live on, and so do I.
