Mohegan Pocono added Mississippi Stud, in the smoking section. Last night the table was packed, with players waiting for seats to open.
Not content with the house edge on the regular game, the table has a Pairs Plus bet on the flop hand, with the 7%+ pay table. However on this particular night, the dealer flopped a straight flush and a 3oak. Good times!
I bought in for $400, played $10 a spot, and cashed out $1145. Got some pairs that tripped, some that made two pairs, some hands that made in the middle and allowed me to raise. The whole table was winning, and most people were playing quarters, crazy.
