My friend is a regular sports bettor, and as he doesn't live in Nevada, he uses one of those sketchy online betting sites.
He did well, and requested and received a $700 withdrawal from his account.
After a bit, he noticed that the site had not debited the account in the amount of the $700 paid out to him: this happened about one month ago.
At my urging, he switched his new business to a new company, and has withdrawn most of the money from the original site.
Two questions:
1) Are they likely to discover their $700 blunder?
2) Just WHAT can they do about it, legally, if as I suggest he tells them to go pound sand?

"What, me worry?"
