Yes I can assume bots made by people are frowned upon by the casino, but my question is pertaining to bots employed by the casino, and if there are any legal frameworks, or any kind of law that has been made pertaining to anything that has anything to do with bots in general?

I don't understand why the casinos would not allow bots. In fact, they should even encourage them to make more money if it is true that all bets are equally worthless and the house edge cannot be beaten.
