Has anyone else experienced a slow payout at this casino?

I am going on weeks without a change in a Payout Status (only $600). It was difficult to contact the Finance Department due to erratic availability online. When I did, the chat rep said they serviced multiple casinos. The Chat rep assured me the payout would be processed in two weeks. But two weeks is almost up with no change in my status.

After searching other forums quite a few people are having slow payout problems as this casino seems to be slow rolling payouts. Would this be indicative of casino problems or is this normal ? (I am new to online gambling and just don't know.)

I did send an e-mail to the Wizard of Vegas website admin as they Wholly Endorse this casino and earn Ad-Revenue from their persistent banners, as I thought they should be aware of the potential less than awesome customer experience from a casino that they endorse.

Any similar experiences on a slow payout from them? or is this normal across the board?

Thanks,
DJ

It only took 35 days. But they (LasVegasCasinoUSA) sent me a check from a TD Bank Trust of Canada for $575 via FEDEX. They took out a fee of $25 because I did not gamble my initial deposit 5 times over. I did not use a promotion or coupon. I have sent my Canadian check off to my US bank and I hope they will deposit it without charging me a fee. I was surprised by the $25 dollar fee as their website states upfront that a check by courier would be free. But buried in the fine print, they reserve the right to charge a sliding fee. But that fee schedule is not published.

The Wizard of Vegas website did contact their Ad management company and they did send an inquiry on my behalf. It did not seem to speed up anything, but I was paid eventually.

As an aside, I did gamble at Bovada with bitcoin. It was both deposited without any fees and I was paid back in bitcoin with out any fees in only 48 hours after my requested deposit. A 48hour payout is significantly faster than a 35 day payout. With bitcoin, I can then send the deposit back to my bank. I may continue to just go with that method as waiting for a month with random fees added on is a disincentive to play.

Cheers,

Thanks for the follow-up, DJ. Good information to have on both casinos.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
