You can stop playing online or move on to another
casino.
Quote: ybotWhat should you do if your online casino which you have been a custumer for some time and have a money at your balance is cancelled its domain?

You made a poor decision with your money. Hope it wasn't too much.

Isn't -EV gambling with your money a poor decision anyway? They would have got his money eventually. Hell, this may have saved him money in the long run. Had the casino stayed in business the chances are he would have lost and made more deposits causing him to lose more money.Quote: Zcore13You made a poor decision with your money. He got his entertainment value at the time while he was playing.
It just feels crappier to lose your money like this.

That's so messed up. How much money did you have? It reminds me of an internet cafe that was near my job about 2008. You could purchase a prepaid internet card for up to $70 for a LOT of internet use. I bought a $20 internet card, used up most of it, and I still had enough use for one more session.
I walked there about a week later to use it up and was confused to see it turned into a RESTAURANT. WTF? For some STUPID reason I thought that maybe the internet cafe rented out the place for a restaurant for a night. Stupid, I know. The next day, I saw the restaurant still there. That's when my red flag alert went on full on glaring blast and I asked the restaurant employee what happened to the internet cafe and he confirmed my suspicions and told me they recently went out of business. Oh crap. I was upset that I had enough for a session and couldn't use it ever again. My coworker who also bought a internet cafe card was upset too saying,"I bought a $30 card the night before they closed and the employee didn't even tell me they were going to be out of business the next day! He let me waste my money! He is disgusting! Ifeel sorry for the people who bought the $70 prepaid internet card!"

You do know the state closes these places BECAUSE they're scam joints and fronts for money laundering, right?

Feel like a complete fool.
Any know if there is anything to fix or complain about?
Quote: rsactuaryI call BS on the story. An internet cafe doesn't close up and become a restaurant in a matter of a week.
Internet cafes aren't all that big. It's not really all that unbelievable that an internet cafe can close and a small restaurant can open up in a week in its place.
If the casino can't afford to have the website up, you're not going to get paid. Maybe they're just hacked, be patient, it's hopeless it seems.Quote: ybotI appreciatte your comments.

If you're contacted by someone offering help getting your money back for money, it's a scam.

Try to contact them if you can find a phone number to see if this is temporary or not. If your deposit was with a credit card, you should initiate a chargeback and move on.
Is there a reason you don't want to tell us what casino it was?Quote: ybotI appreciatte your comments.

That's actually good advice. :)

Maybe it's one of those where the Dealers are naked and he's embarrassed??

I will take your piece of advise

Nah! They've legged it.
Their email address is napoleoncasino@gmail.com. How lame is that.
You could piss over their twitter feed if it makes you feel better.

This is the dim echo of all that remains. You can read their 'about us' that tells you nothing 'about them'

I didn't know that until you told me that. I assumed all internet cafes were legit. I also thought that the internet cafe rented out to a restaurant for a night and would be back the next night. LOL, I am not the sharpest tool in the shed sometimes. ;)
Napoleon Casino does not appear to be a recommended casino on LCB, in fact, it is barely mentioned at all.
There is no review for it and the only two threads I could find over there had to do with a No-Deposit Bonus.
They apparently created an account over there, but it only has two lifetime posts:

Another search reveals this casino has not been reviewed, or even mentioned EVER on WizardofOdds.com.
This is just one of those fly-by-night deals that should be avoided. The lesson isn't necessarily to avoid gambling online, it's to avoid casinos that are essentially complete unknowns and/or casinos with negative writer and user reviews on our family of websites.
TL;DR: We effectively didn't know this place even exists.
