Can you give us more details-I think the cash out got cancelled by them and is prolly just an automated message- did you deposit by check? Did you ever have a credit card charge back?

You said you were playing spins at 1k a roll?

I deposited by debit card a couple of months ago $100. I got it up to $200 playing poker with no bonuses. The money sat in my account almost 2 months untouched. At that point I was bored with poker, no football to play so I figured why not try craps.

I never had a credit card charge back.

I did not cancel the payout so I really think it was automated and canceled on its own.

...and how is this kind of post not you trolling? Just curious, since you make so many like it (not just about joe).

Wizardofnothing loves to define 'saying anything I don't agree with" as "trolling." It's a tired old teenboy internet trope.

But to answer his implication with a serious response that it doesn't deserve, I meant what I said. When an internet casino balks at paying your legitimate win, that money is all but toast. I speak from bitter experience.

IMHO only a complete fool would gamble online, where you have no way of knowing the games are fair, no guarantee that you'll get paid, and NO RECOURSE if you get screwed. And I say this with the full acknowledgement that I was once such a fool myself. Three disappeared balances and minus $750 later, I had wised up.

Maybe with where you play- but you are not even close to correct- a lot of members on here have played and continue to play and get paid

your comments is really not very helpful. A lot of OTHER players got paid does not nullify the fact that the OP didn't, UNLESS you are accusing the OP of lying.

I would say that even a 99% chance of getting paid, as opposed to getting paid the 100% of the time that you should be, is more than ample reason to steer clear of online casinos. Of course, I don't know whether that number is or should be 99% or anything else, but one thing is certain: if it's less than 100%--and it appears from all anecdotal evidence, as well as my own experiences, that it is indeed less--then it's a foolish risk to play.

The fact that several members here play and get paid doesn't make me correct or incorrect. As an analogy, I'm sure that even in the most crime-infested neighborhoods, most people walk down the block without getting assaulted or robbed. That doesn't mean that being there isn't risky and shouldn't be avoided.

If I can make 114 percent on a play and get paid 99 percent of the time - then it's worth the risk:

It has been over a month now and zero communications from them. They will not give me any information when I call them.

I just wanted to update everyone on the status of my situation. It has been slow going but Bovada actually reached out to me about a two weeks ago asking several questions about my plays and devices I may have used. I honestly had nothing to hide, it was just a lucky streak of craps and I kept pressing.

Earlier this week I got an email saying the investigation has been resolved. Not only was my $5,000 still in there but the bonuses I earned for the play in the amount of $240 were still there as well. P.S. I did not use or activate any bonuses, they were just awarded to me because the amount of play I was doing on that day.

I requested a payout that had 48 hour processing time on their end. I got a notification today that the money is on the way and will take up to 15 days. The $4,000 has been removed from my Bovada account and is hopefully on the way to me.

After researching, I did feel confidant I would get my money. Situations where people were denied payouts from what I could tell were for the most part self inflicted. Using a VPN, or a bonus incorrectly however you do that. But anyways, I will update once I have the cash in hand.

I am going to stand behind the fact I believe Bovada is a reputable company even though i think the investigation took way too long.

Thanks for the information guys!
