5D has mostly been reputable however they have been known to no like sports wize guys.
I wouldn't be betting large amounts without regularly cashing out. Don't let your account accumulate 10ns of thousands.
If you're wondering why they are not at the top (or bottom) of most affiliate sites, I believe its because they dont have a great affiliate program.

Yeah I've been at 5dimes for like 6 years and lost some, won some, but overall they've been great and pay out fast. It was really a shame to hear about the way Tony was behaving and threatening. I can't believe it didn't get more publicity.
