Is there a basis in Federal law that prohibits a "Multi-State Poker Room" operated by a Lottery commission. I ask because here in New England we have a regional (all N.E. States) Lotto. Does Federal Law prevent that multi-State Lottery Commission from operating On-Line Poker cash and/or tourney?
Some people need to reimagine their thinking.
