Can someone please explain the difference between "Free Bet" and "Risk Free Bet" bonuses on Bovada?
From my understanding...
For Risk Free Bet of amount = X AND X_b = amount X in bonus money:
Outlay = X
if win = X + X_b
if lose = X_b - X
Free Bet:
Outlay = 0
if win = X_b
if lose = 0
Can anyone confirm whether this is true or point me to a place on their website where this is explained?

What is the optimal strategy for the Bovada welcome bonus? I have $240 in a free bet and was wondering what the correct strategy for using it would be. It's my understanding that I will need to bet 3x my initial buy-in to receive the bonus money were my free bet to win, although I do NOT have to bet the entire 3x my buy-in amount by the time my free bet is placed. Thoughts?
