30 hands is not a lot of play but you only received 3 Aces in the 74 cards that were dealt to you.

I'm sure someone will work out the probability of 11 or more 21's out of 30 hands ... even if it's rare you would need more results to start to conclude anything.

With an 8-deck game where the dealer hits soft 17, the chance of 11 dealer 21s or blackjacks in 30 hands is about 1 in 2385, which isn't astronomical. A royal flush in video poker is about 1 in 40,000 and royals are hit every day.

Does the ratio of Dealer to Player Aces bother you... 1 in 2385 IS common enough that my eyebrow wasn't raised. That Ace ratio does bother me.

The problem with the Ace ratio is that the number of hands that were recorded is too small to ever substantiate anything. I was adding that into the mix along with the dealer 21's by looking at anything that may be worth looking into over a large number of hands and the number of player Aces stood out albeit insignificant at this stage.

In fact, if you take the probability of an Ace as a constant 1/13 (for ease of calculation) then the probability of getting zero Aces in 74 cards is only 1 in 374.

The combined 0, 1, 2 or 3 Aces out of 74 cards gives a probability of around 1 in 5.9 times. Hardly astounding but if it happened 7 or 8 times in a row of 30 hands then it would start to get interesting.

Even money. Either it happens or it doesn't.
