3/4/5x odds, $10min
passline/continuous come + max odds
no matter what # repeats, I press the 6 via Place bets. when I hit the table max for Place ($500), I start Placing the 8.
well, today, I maxxed out both the 6 and 8. (YEAH!)
I started to Buy the 4 because it has a lower house edge (1.67%) vs Buying the 5 (2%).
I got it up to $300 but it never hit.
on the other hand, the 5 hit twice.
so now i'm thinking of pressing the 5 because it hits more often.
Which do you think is better?
Pressing the 4 because it has a lower HE?
or
Pressing the 5 because it hits more often?

In the UK you are better off raising the even numbers starting with the 6 and 8 (I guess the US odds land up being 19/10 and 7/5 as well).

The house advantage does not mean a thing is you dont hit the number.
I see this so much, a guy gets the dice and bets all across and hits a 10 and presses
the 6 & 8 then hits another 10 and presses the 6 & 8, then hits a 4 and presses the
6 & 8, and another 10 and then a 7 and has made nothing.
I dont buy the idea that we have signature numbers or we should only press the numbers
with the lower house advantage.
Within any or most good rolls there can be a signature number and you better be on it.
If i am using a hardway set of 35 35 or 45 45 i am going to hit 5,6,8,9, now in any
one roll i may repeat anything, so i have to be open to that. I tend to hit more 5,8,9
than 6's, so if i am a place better, the first roll i may not play the 6 or maybe not even the 5 and 6
for my first two place bets. But i am not going to set there and throw 5 & 6 all night and press
8 & 9.
If i am all over the place i may start with 1 number and play 1 or 2 come bets.
At any rate, it does not make any sense to ignor what your hitting, to press numbers you may
never hit

Is it dicesetter or dicesitter?
Is it dicesetter or dicesitter?

Well what you do is sit on a pair of dice, back up to the table and fart. Hardways every time!
When a rock is thrown into a pack of dogs, the one that yells the loudest is the one who got hit.

well if you hit the 10's and press the 6 & 8 it would not really matter if you
call me dicesetter or dicesitter, you would be broke.

You throw more chips on the table and tell the dealer to press what ever # you want.

I've maxxed out the 6 and 8 so I need to press another # if the 6/8 hits again.
rolls are random. if a 4 hasn't hit in the past hr doesn't mean it wont hit in the next try

Thank you I get it. I was under the impression the term meant increasing the same bet after it wins.
