Is there any place in United States or anywhere in the world that offers Positive Field bets?
the best I have heard is Field pays 3 to 1 on BOTH the 2 and the 12, but I think I have heard there are places that pay better than that, Where in the world would that be at? Help would be thankful!!!

I've never heard of any casinos in the US that offer such a bet, although I could be wrong, of course. But unless it's some sort of promotion, I don't know why a casino would basically give out free money like that.

I've never seen better than 3:1 on both 2 and 12 in any casino. Some charity/festival games offer higher payouts, sometimes in exchange for tips (example: $5 tip means that a 12 in the next 5 rolls pays 5:1)

I wonder if Positive Field bets still exist today? I think they had something like in the past I wonder if they still exist today?
