I have long maintained that the easiest way for a winning session is concentrating on the odds bet. Few betting schemes emphasize odds betting. Yes, it is boring and not as much fun as inside or across betting when tables are good. But I do have better net results with just betting pass-odds, and escalating the odds bet as box numbers are rolled. Concentrating on the odds bet, which is the best bet in the casino with its 0 house edge, just has to be the best way to play based on the math of the game.
Here is how I am playing it now: $5 pass and $10 odds to start each point sequence. Then wait for an inside number(5,6,8,9) to be rolled after the point is established, then the odds bet goes to $20. Then as ANY box number(4,5,6,8,9,10) is rolled, then odds bet goes up in $10 increments as each is rolled. I stop at $50 odds(10xodds). Then start anew on the next point sequence with $10 odds with the above progression. I am playing with a $1000 day session bankroll which is twenty times my max odds bet of $50, which is plenty most sessions. Of course it has its bad days, but overall it has done well over many sessions.

You're right, it may be boring, but it's definitely much more sound than other strategies I've seen people use.

I have been averaging about a $60 net win per day trip with over 100 day sessions total. The net win factors in wins minus losses. This is not a get rich quick betting scheme, just a boring steady performer that wins about 8 out of 10 days on average and concentrates on the best bet in the casino, the odds bet.
No set win goals per day.

Update to my pass-odds betting scheme: I have made a change the latest few sessions and playing it this way for larger wins thusfar: $5 pass and $10 odds to start EVERY point sequence. Then wait for an inside number to be rolled after the point is established, then go to $50 odds. So far so good, with latest win a positive $700 on a good night. Playing with the same $1000 day bankroll.
