New Blackjack Side Bet

Saw this at the Casino At The Empire in London last night.

The +3 side bet is very common, especially in the Midwest. In fact, most casinos in Indiana, Tunica, and Missouri HAVE to offer that side bet to stay competitive.

I've not seen the Top 3 additional bet though. I know every time I get a straight flush on 21+3 I always joke about how it pays 40-1. This eliminates that joke... :(

I was obviously not referring to the +3 bet, this is EVERYWHERE here, and the asian players love it!
I just wonder what the edge is on this.
It was also under the Prime trademark.
