From your website wizardofodds, I learn that standing on a multiple card 16 Vs. a dealer's 10 in a multiple deck (4 or more decks) blackjack game is the marginally better play. How about in the ENHC blackjack, is standing still the better play?

Yes. The ENHC rule doesn't affect standing/hitting decisions, only doubling and splitting (because of the loss of extra bets to the dealer's blackjack in ENHC.)

From the Google: "European No Hold Card" which I think simply means the dealer does not peek for blackjack.
