Familiar with "Lucky Lucky" side bet- you said you need questions for WoO

I played a few hours of BJ last night at the new Rivers Casino in Chicago (Des Plains). They had a side bet I hadnt seen before and didnt see it on your WoO site.
Every one was palying it most for $5 some for $25. I kept my mouth shut until the old guy next to me commented on the fact that I wasnt playing it. I told him it wasnt there because they like to give money away. He regailed me of his 100:1 payoff on it the last time he was there. I told him the ultimate test would be to ask the dealer if she would rather me play my white chip bets for her on my hand or on the sucker bet. She and the pit started laughing. I would have no problem throwing a white chip out their sometime and it does seem like their are some interesting ways to win. As far as side bets go how do you think this compares to others like royal match? I assume its got to be 3-4% or more just to make it on the felt. 8 decks I believe.
