i have created just for fun to play with friends, fantasy side bets that will surly never be seen in any casino. i am curious if anyone can tell me what they think of them and if they are effectively a bet that will rob the players whom bet on them and or if the payouts are correct, yet semi fair. (i hope they lean towards the dealer.)

1. push (call that the next hand will be a push) pays 8 to 1

2. dealer bust (call that the dealers hand will bust) Rules; the player must not bust his own hand! pays 3 to 2.

3. (i stole a side bets name that exists, and made it my own bet) "21+3" (the bet is that the players first two cards+the dealers up card will equal 21!) Rules; a player receiving a blackjack is a push regardless. pays 6 to 1.

4. buy 22 push (its not actually a "bet" but rather a "safety buy", the player pays 1/2 of his wager at any time to activate a push between him and the dealer in the event of either the player or the dealer receiving a 22. the totals dont have to match however like a typical push, just either the player or the dealer must have 22 in order for the player to keep his money.)

5. lucky ladies (the same as the true side bet except that it pays 4 to 1 on ANY two card total of 20)

6. buy an ace! (for minimum chip required, the player may buy an ace to start as their first card) Rules; the player must stand on the first card total that lands on it as if it where a split ace, blackjack pays 1 to 1, and is pushable by any 21.

7. double me down again! (the player may double-double down if they choose) speaks for itself how it would rob you as the chances of busting it increases drastically.

8. field (similar to the one found on a craps board, the bet is based on the total of the player first two cards, and is that the players two cards will equal less then 10 or 17 or higher.) Rules; all soft hands are a push to rid of disputes including blackjack. 4 pays triple, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 17, 18, 19, pay 1 to 1 and 20 pays double.

please tell me what you think and or if you know if the odds favor the dealer.

Thanks
