How much do i lose compared to Double Any 2 (DA2). No other DD permitted. I presume Dealer Hit Soft 17 and 6 decks (std. offer?).

You wish to know the difference between D11 (Double on Hard 11 only) and DA2? Is that correct?

Here is what I find for an infinite deck game:
Player may double down on 11 only, the effect on EV is -0.68%;
Player may not double down, the effect on EV is -1.47%.
Wizard's player-may-not-double number for an 8-deck game is -1.48%.
