Quote: MDawgIn any case, Moses, where the whole story falls apart is that if someone is trying to play under the radar anonymously and refusing to identify himself he cannot be buying in over 10K at the table, which means that such a player must be either playing for peanuts or never buying in over 10K / 24 hours.
LOL @ $500/hand being "peanuts".
Anyway, you can't just show up at the tables with a bunch of cash regularly, not identify yourself fully, and not be potentially guilty of structuring. If your intent in keeping it under 10K / 24 hour is to avoid identification / reporting, and you show a pattern of repeated cash transactions across different tables and casinos that add up to over 10K, that is one definition of structuring.

But that’s not his intent. His intent is not to get cutoff from playing blackjack.

Interesting. Thanks.👍
But still, the intent is to avoid the identification that comes along with reporting, is it not? And the structuring is being done both with cash in and cash out.
Maybe this belongs more in the anti-money laundering thread. As I recall someone in that thread agreed that a blackjack card counter trying to stay under the radar might be guilty of structuring.

Can a novice player just sit down and make $1000 the first night? No practice. No or limited knowledge.
The reason I ask is casino BSers are starting to give me a complex. It seems like everyone is making "easy" money but me. I work my butt off to pay some bills.
Sorry to post question to here. But it didnt post on the MDawg Baccarat thread.

Yes, just like that novice can get their bankroll when they bought a $2 lottery scratcher for the first time ever and it was a substantial prize.
Possible, but unlikely.
Not what this thread is for, Moses.Quote: mosesMdawg. I know zippo about Baccarat. Question.

Closing thread, lest one of those casino BSers answers your little hijack.
